ABC-7 First Alert: Summer-time sizzle hits the Borderland

An ABC-7 First Alert is in effect for the dangerously hot temperatures. The heatwave will continue through the weekend with highs reaching 100 to 108 degrees, Saturday will likely be the hottest day. El Paso will see record-setting temperatures Friday, Saturday and will come close on Sunday. A Heat Advisory is in effect for El Paso and Hudspeth counties. Limit outdoor activities and stay hydrated.
