Happy Friday! West winds will increase around 15 to 20 mph with gusts near 40 mph. In addition to the winds, the low humidity, and dry conditions will lead to critical fire danger; avoid any activities that may generate sparks. Any fires that develop will spread fast and will be hard to contain.

Temperatures will run near normal today, in the 90s. The winds will not be as strong Saturday afternoon but winds will peak around 25 mph.

A backdoor cold front will move into the area Sunday morning and bring cooler temperatures to the area. Winds will peak around 30 mph.
