The El Paso Police Department is asking for the public’s help in solving a hit-and-run accident that involved a bicyclist. At about 10:35 p.m. May 6, Ruben Lemus, of Anthony, New Mexico, was riding his bicycle in the 7300 block of South Desert when he was struck by a vehicle. The vehicle fled the scene.
