ABC-7 First Alert: Dangerous heat continues along with thunderstorm chances

The ABC-7 First Alert remains in place for the dangerous heat. There will be a chance for afternoon and evening thunderstorms. A few storms could produce some gusty outflow winds. High temperatures will run 5 to 10 degrees above average, reaching 107 in some locations—the region will be partly cloudy in the afternoon with west winds of 5 to 15 mph.
