El Paso, TX ( KVIA)- Bundle up as you head out the door. The coldest air of the season has made its way to the borderland. Temperatures will run 20 to 30 degrees below normal.

In addition to the Arctic air mass, easterly winds make it feel even colder outside. A freeze warning is in effect for the Sacramento Mountains on Monday morning, and a Freeze Watch is in effect for most of the area on Tuesday morning.

The temperatures will run 20 to 35 degrees below the average through Tuesday morning. The temperatures will gradually climb to above normal toward the end of the week.
