Wiles Appears To Have Large Margin Of Victory In Sheriff Race

EL PASO, Texas — In the race for El Paso County Sheriff, it appeared that Democrat Richard Wiles won overwhelmingly over Republican George Stoltz. With 65 percent of precincts reporting, Wiles had 72 percent of the votes and Stoltz had 28 percent.
