3 Charged With Murder In Death Of Man Found In Burned Car

The New Mexico State Police have arrested and charged Anthony, New Mexicoteenagersthis weekend with the first degree murder of Adam Espinoza.

Espinoza was driving from San Antonio to San Diego in early January. His remains were found inside a badly burnt vehicle off State Road 404.

The threecharged have been identified as 16-year-old Irvin “Shadow” Ramirez,15-year-old Javier Orosco, and 18-year-old Jorge “Phatboy” Murillo. All were charged with Felony Murder in the first degree, Tampering with Evidence and Receiving Stolen Property.

The arrests took place this weekend in the Las Cruces area, and the three teens have been identified as gang members of the Nortenos gang in Donna Anna County, Las Cruces Police said.
