Norma Chavez, Legislators Reserved Tickets For Championship Game Through UT System

State Rep. Norma Chavez, D-El Pasois among 30 Texas state legislators who reserved tickets to tonight’s BCS Championship game through the UT System, according to a report from KVUE in Austin.

While the tickets are not free, being able to reserve the tickets this way allowed the legislatorsto not have to pay an additional, hefty fee to reserve tickets as fans did through the BCS Web site, according to the report.
