Suspect Leads DPS Troopers On Chase In Far East El Paso County

Texas Department of Public Safety Troopers had to use spike strips to stop a suspect in far east El Paso County.

The chase ended near Socorro Road and Passmore. ABC-7’s camera was rolling as authorities arrested at least two men. In addition, the tires of the Honda were ripped apart.

Authorities say the chase started when a law enforcement officer tried to stop the vehicle. As of Sunday morning there was now word on why are exactly where it started, but the chase did make its way through Fabens.

Officials had not released the names of anyone involved as of Sunday morning.
