Man Killed In I-10 Semi Rollover Identified
The victim in Tuesday’s semi-truck rollover on I-10 near Vinton has been identified as Francis J. Gay, 56, of El Paso.
The El Paso County Sheriff’s Office said Gay was driving the semi when he suffered a heart attack that caused him to lose control of the vehicle.
No other vehicles were involved in the crash but traffic was backed up for miles in both directions.
