2 Charged In Stabbing Outside Bar
El Paso Police Crimes Against Persons (CAP) detectives have charged Ivan Sias and Edel Sias with two counts each of Criminal Attempt Murder as a result of the altercations that left two men with stab wounds early Tuesday.
According to police, I. SIAS and E. SIAS, both of 3500 Sun Bowl, allegedly approached a 30 year old man and a 40 year old man as they exited Liquor Dicks bar at 2:04 a.m. Tuesday with knives and began to stab the two men. The 30 year old male victim received injuries to his heart, liver, lungs, and spleen, the result of numerous stab wounds. The 40 year old victim received stab wounds to his left arm and left side of his upper chest.
West Side patrol officers located I. SIAS and E. SIAS at a West Side bar early Thursday morning. I. SIAS was booked in the El Paso County Jail on $300,000 bond and E. SIAS on $300,300 as he had an additional charge of Possession of Marihuana Under 2 oz. Mug shots are not available at this time as this investigation continues.
