City reps to discuss stadium, quality of life bond election on ABC-7 Xtra tonight
City Council last week approved a multi-million dollar stadium and in November El Pasoans will vote on a quality of life bond election that could cost around $800 million.
City Reps. Eddie Holguin and Steve Ortega, both with different ideas how to govern, will be the special guests on ABC-7 Xtra at 10:35 p.m. today.
