El Paso Police conducting no refusal mandatory blood draw on 4th of July
The El Paso Police Department will be having a no refusal mandatory blood draw on Wednesday, July 4.
If a person arrested for driving while intoxicated refused to provide a breath specimen, the officer will present the probable cause to a judge and request a search warrant for the person’s blood.
