Prostitution Raid In Downtown Juarez Comes Up Empty
A Chihuahua state police unit specializing in crimes against women, along with Mexican immigration agents, conducted a prostitution raid in Downtown Juarez Thursday night.
Investigators specifically looked at several massage parlors in the area. Officials say the raid failed to uncover evidence of prostitution involving illegal immigrants from Central America or underage women.
About 18 women were interviewed by investigators, who were also seeking information on missing women.
