Shoppers buy during small business Saturday

Black Friday is over, but the itch to keep shopping continues. Saturday some shoppers are avoiding the malls and supporting small businesses.

ABC-7 crews checked out business at the locally-owned All Star Sports in east El Paso.

Small business Saturday was just recently founded in 2010 by American Express. The El Paso Chamber of Commerce is also encouraging people to shop small, in effort to create jobs, boost the local economy, and preserve neighborhoods.
