Accident on I-10 closes westbound lanes for multiple hours

The accident occurred around 2:45 a.m. on the westbound lanes of I-10 near Executive Center Boulevard.

There were no major injuries associated with the accident, according to EMS dispatch.

However, the collision involved multiple vehicles and lead to the closure of I-10 west for over two hours.

At least one vehicle flipped in this collision, officials said.

The closed freeway lead to heavy traffic at Executive Center during the early morning hours.
