Massive fire ravages Houston apartment complex under construction; watch live video

A massive fire broke out in at a Houston apartment complex under construction on March 25.

According to KHOU-TV, the fire is near a cemetery, as well.

A fire captain said during a KHOU interview that the high winds were adding to the difficulty in getting a handle on the fire.
