ABC-7 StormTrack Weather: Hot temps, lingering dust

EL PASO, Texas (KVIA) -- We woke up this morning to lingering haze after yesterdays storms led to a haboob and hazardous air quality.

This morning however condition continue to improve we are now seeing most areas under a moderate air quality range.

Today we woke to temps in the 70s later this afternoon temps are expected to range within the mid to upper 90s. El Paso is expected to reach a high of 97, Las Cruces 95.

Rain chances are slim today at 10%. Chances for rain will increase over the next few days to 20-30%.
