Motorcyclist suffers life-threatening injuries in Northeast El Paso crash
El Paso Police say a 23-year-old was seriously injured in a motorcycle crash Thursday afternoon in Northeast El Paso.
It happened at the intersection of Dyer and Leo.
Police say the motorcyclist, Andre Simpson, was riding south on Dyer at a high rate of speed when he crashed into a SUV.
The driver of the SUV was headed north on Dyer and was attempting to make a left-hand turn.
That’s when Simpson hit the front of the vehicle.
He was wearing a helmet.
Simpson was taken to the hospital with life-threatening injuries.
