Sheriff’s deputies charge man with indecency with a child in 3 cases in Horizon City area

El Paso County Sheriff’s deputies have arrested a 24-year-old man and charged him with indecency with a child (exposure).

Ricardo Rodriguez, who lives in the Horizon City area, was charged and booked into the El Paso County Jail with a $20,000 bond.

According to the sheriff’s office, deputies were sent to a residential area in Horizon City on March 25 in reference to the allegation.

The victim was able to provide responding patrol deputies with a description of the alleged offender and the vehicle he was driving.

The patrol deputies found the vehicle and alleged offender quickly after that.

Through the course of the investigation, deputies say Rodriquez is allegedly tied to two additional cases of Indecency with a Child (exposure), also occurring in the Horizon City area.

Rodriquez was charged and arrested for the additional two counts bonds totaling $20,000.
