El Paso truck driver in crash near Guadalupe Mountains has died
The El Paso man driving a tanker that crashed near the Guadalupe Mountains National Park on Wednesday has died, according to his sister.
The sister told ABC-7 that 33-year-old Alberto Arzate had just gotten married in February.
Investigators say he was driving the gas tanker too fast and misjudged a turn.
Arzate was taken to a Lubbock hospital with burns on 90 percent of his body.
