StormTRACK Weather: Tuesday AM

We had a warm Monday, reaching highs in the upper 60s across the Borderland. Falling the warm spell, a cold front passed overnight. The front will bring us cooler temperatures today.

A ridge of warm and dry air still sits to our west, so we won’t drop well below average this afternoon. However, we will see temperatures drop about 10 degrees. El Paso hit 69 degrees Monday.

For today, however, El Paso has a forecast high of 59 degrees with a low tonight of 32.

In Las Cruces, the forecast high is 56 degrees with a low of 29 degrees.

Winds will be light at 5 -15 mph.

Wednesday through Thursday morning a stronger cold front will pass and provide us with cooler high temps and winds gusting to 35 mph. Highs will only hit the low 50s and upper 40s through Friday.
