First Alert Issued for Windy Tuesday
The ABC-7 StormTRACK Weather Team has issued a First Alert for strong wind gusts Tuesday afternoon.
An approaching upper level storm system from the west toward our region, will bring sustained westerly winds of 20-30mph on Tuesday afternoon, with gusts to 50 mph expected on eastern slopes of area mountains.
Tuesday we’re expected to warm slightly, with temps into the low 60s.
High winds Tuesday will still make it feel cool outside, but temps will warm Wednesday with lighter winds falling into the breezy category.
