Man sentenced to 21-and-a-half years in prison for rape of boy
A convicted child rapist was sentenced to 21-and-a-half years in prison New Mexico.
Reyes was not only accused of having sex with a 13-year-old boy but prosecutors also said he let his boyfriend have sex with the boy too.
The conviction resulted in a 31-and-a-half year sentence but the judge gave Reyes a break, subtracting 10 years.
The trial for Reyes’ boyfriend and co-defendant, Juan Antonio Serrano, is scheduled to begin next week.
