Murder suspects caught by Border Patrol

Two murder suspects are behind bars after being caught by Border Patrol agents near Santa Teresa.

The two individuals are wanted for robbery and murder in Mexico. Early Monday, agents responded to sensor activity near Santa Teresa. The agents say they observed footprints in an area notorious for illegal entries. They began to follow them when they found 48 year old Luis Alfonso Cantu-Maya and Luis Jesus Cantu-Garcia, both from Mexico. After further processing, it was discovered that the pair was wanted by the Mexican State of Nuevo Leon.
