Calif. woman charged in El Paso purse snatching

a woman is accused of attacking a mother and her 4 year-old child … just to get the woman’s purse! it happened outside the marshall’s at bassett place friday. el paso police say 23-year-old reonna hallion grabbed the woman’s purse but the woman wouldn’t let go, so hallion allegedly yanked it so hard she pulled the woman and the child onto the ground. police say hallion then pepper sprayed the woman! she faces robbery and injury to a child charges. aa live look at the borderland tonight with our exclusive mountain
