High School FB: Chris Lara Gets Punch and Pie

high school football playoffs begin tomorrow night … but before we kick off… let’s take a look back at the best that was… it is time for punch and pie… with a playoff spot on the line… the montwood rams came up with a huge win… chris lara came up with this ridiculous catch to help clinch a playoff spot… lara later hurt his shoulder… so his quarterback andrew fernandez will help him with the punch… lara still has enough hands left for the pie… and since he only has one arm… fernandez will be lara’s punch and pie bodyguard… and apparently… it’s mike lopez… the brother of eastwood head coach julio lopez … who they’re keeping an eye on…. and speaking of the shoulder… perhaps punch and pie has special healing powers we don’t know about… mata: how is punch and pie going to help heal your shoulder? lara: um… don’t worry bro… it’ll come to you… well chris lara…. you may not have full use of both arms…. but you do have punch and pie for the borderland blitz play of the night! special thanks to our friends at the sunland park village inn for providing the pie… montwood travels to amarillo for it’s first playoff game on friday… kvia general manager kevin
