Apply to the ABC-7 Weather Academy

As part of a community outreach plan, ABC-7’s StormTRACK Weather Team holds “Weather Academies” every few months for local students across the Borderland.

The academy is offered as a way to connect the station with local schools, while teaching students about weather and science.

Are you interested in having one of the StormTRACKERs teach a session at your school? Send us your application! ABC-7 will accept applications through April 30, 2016 . Four schools will be randomly selected for Weather Academies. School visits will be scheduled through the month of May, and the classes involved must be willing to allow videotaping of the lesson for broadcast purposes.
