Over 3000 El Paso Electric customers left without power Thursday morning

Over 3000 El Paso Electric customers woke up without power Thursday morning.

The power outage was reported around 6:19 a.m. according to the EPE power outage map in west El Paso.

EPE says the cause was unknown but power was restored around 7:15 a.m.
