Reports that Horizon City residents without water

ABC-7 has received multiple viewer calls and Facebook comments Saturday morning, indicating that water is out for residents in Horizon City.

We have reached out to the Horizon Regional Municipal Utilities District about the issue, but have yet to get a response.
