Rain chances continue followed by warm afternoon temperatures

Tropical moisture will continue tracking into the Borderland, Thursday afternoon and evening. Showers will begin exiting the area Friday, some locations will see a brief thunderstorm.
Temperatures warm back to normal this weekend. A cool front moves through Tuesday, increasing the winds Monday and Tuesday.

El Paso:

Thursday: Partly Cloudy with a 20% chance of showers and thunderstorms. 80 degrees,east
winds 10 to 15 mph

Tonight: Partly Cloudy with a 10% chance of isolated showers and thunderstorms.
60 degrees, southeast winds 10 to 15 mph.

Las Cruces:

Today: Partly cloudy with a 20% chance of showers and
thunderstorms. 82 degrees, east winds 10 to 15 mph.

Tonight: Mostly cloudy with a 10% chance of isolated showers and thunderstorms.
59 degrees, southeast winds 10 to 15 mph.
