Child Abduction Emergency for El Paso & Hudspeth Counties

The Child Abduction Alert is for El Paso and Hudspeth Counties.

Police are searching for Zoey Rogers, described as a 7-year-old black female, with black hair and brown eyes, standing 3’6″ tall. She was born October 23rd, 2009.

Zoey Rogers is from Harker Heights, TX, but is believed to be in El Paso or Hudspeth County.

The child is believed to be in immediate danger.

The suspects are Bobbi White, a black female, with black hair and brown eyes, standing 5’5″ tall and weighting 115 pounds. White was born December 11th, 1979.

The second suspect is Tutankhamun Hold, a black male with black hair and brown eyes, standing 5’10” and weighting 170 pounds. Born July 7th 1982.

The suspects are driving either a white sedan, possibly a Buick, or a black dodge charger with red rims and an Alabama license plate.
