El Paso Police tweeted about a ‘high risk’ SWAT situation at 4651 Cohen Avenue at 5:30 p.m. on Sunday.
The address listed for that location is the Castner Palms Apartment.
There were no more police vehicles on scene as of 6:30 p.m.
