Report: Mark D’Antonio faces allegations of retaliation

The Doña Ana County District Attorney is facing allegations of unlawful terminations, intimidation, discrimination, and retaliation.

The Las Cruces Sun-News reported Friday that the union that represents staff attorneys in the District Attorney’s Office filed an injunction against Mark D’Antonio this week.

It was sparked by the termination of two attorneys in the D.A.’s office.

The District Attorney’s Office did not respond to numerous requests for comment on this story by the Sun-News.
