Texas ranks 10th on list of fattest states in America
Texas is among the fattest states in the U.S., according to a new study by financial website wallethub.com
Researchers said Texas ranked at No. 10 out of the 50 states and Washington, D.C.
New Mexico did a bit better at No. 32.
To come up with the list, the study looked into things like the average weight in each state, the number of people dealing with high cholesterol and diabetes, how much people exercise and even the number of fast-food restaurants.
Mississippi, West Virginia and Arkansas were ranked as the top three fattest states.
Colorado was considered the least fat.
