ABC-7 First Alert: Scattered thunderstorms Thursday, strongest storms east

An ABC-7 StormTRACK First Alert is in effect for showers and thunderstorms across the borderland. The best chance for severe storms will be over Hudspeth and Otero counties. Storms could produce heavy rain, gusty winds, and hail. Temperatures will run below average in the low 90s. Isolated storms will be possible again on Friday, and winds return this weekend along with hot temperatures.
