Cattleman's Steakhouse, 3450 S. Fabens Carlsbad Rd., Fabens

One of the best places in town, or a little out of town, to get a steak, will be open with a traditional Thanksgiving meal with all the staples available from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Cost is $25.95 for adults and $9.85 for children. More info:

Cracker Barrel is open regular business hours and serving a traditional Thanksgiving meal beginning at 11 am. More info:

If you have a hearty appetite, the place to go is Furr's Buffet in the Las Palmas Marketplace.  They will be serving Thanksgiving dinner until 6 p.m. More info:
