LC Father Arrested, Sexual Abuse Alleged
LAS CRUCES, NM. – City police arresta father after a family member goes to police with allegations of incest.
Police tell ABC-7 that 31 year-old Raymond l. Lujan is accused of having sexual intercourse with his two female relatives – both children. Mr. Lujan is charged with nine counts of criminal sexual contact in the second degree and four counts of criminal sexual penetration in the first degree.
Authorities tell ABC-7 Mr. Lujan is in the Dona Ana Detention Center under a $100,000 cash bond.
