Border Patrol Vehicle And Railcar Collide Under EP Bridge
EL PASO, TX. -ABC-7 received areport of a crash involving a railcar and a border patrol vehicle just before 10 p.m. Monday evening.
The collisionhappened on the railroad tracks just underneath the Stanton street bridge around 8:30 p.m. A single agent was inside the vehicle at the time of the collision.
A spokesman says the agent was trying to cross the tracks, although it remainsunclear for what reason. A border patrol spokesman toldABC-7 the agent did not have serious injuries.
