Kissling Again Seeks To Unseat Pearce

LAS CRUCES, N.M. (AP) – Democrat Al Kissling has made it official — he’s making a second bid for New Mexico’s 2nd Congressional District seat.

Republican incumbent Steve Pearce defeated Kissling in the general election last November Seventh to win a third term. Kissling is a retired Presbyterian minister who lives in Las Cruces. He’ll face Doa Ana County Commissioner Bill McCamley in next June’s primary election for the Democratic nomination.
