Dona Ana County Teen Arrested For Sexual Contact

RADIUM SPRINGS, N.M. – Dona Ana County Sheriff’s Investigators arrest 18 yr-old Jesse Flora of Radium Springs, N.M. and charge him with criminal sexual penetration of a minor.

Florawas charged with five counts of Criminal Sexual Penetration of a Minor in the4th Degree and three counts of Criminal Sexual Contact of a Minor in the 4th Degree, after admitting to playing the game of “Truthor Dare” with a 13 yr-old girl between July 30 through August 4, 2007.

Friends of the victim disclosed to Church Counselors that theyoung girlwas afraid that she might be pregnant and was afraid to tell anyone.

Flora is currently being detained in the Dona Ana County Detention Center, his bond is set at $30,000.
