Mother, Daughter Found Dead In NE El Paso
EL PASO, TX. – A mother and daughter are found dead inside their apartment in Northeast El Paso early Saturday morning.
EPPD officials say the women were found dead at a home along the 4700 block ofHercules. Policetell ABC-7they received calls from neighbors concerned about two women who shared a home.
When police arrived shortly after 12:30 Saturday morning, they found a 35-year-old woman dead inside and a 68-year-old woman in need of medical attention.
The older woman was transported to William Beaumont Army Medical Center where she later died. Edgar Morales, the man who called police to check on the family, says the news is just devastating.
“It’s still really weird because they had some kind of mental disorder and they were receiving medical attention. And it’s really odd that even though they were getting help, this happened.”
Police are not releasing the name of the victims until their family is contacted. They say it is also too soon to tell exactly what killed these women.
Officials say that there does notappear to be anysigns of foul play.
