McDonald Gets Life For Murder Conviction
EL PASO — El Paso jurors have handed down the penalty for Terry McDonald, 27, who they convicted last week in the 2005 murder of Felipe Andrade.
McDonald, 27, was accused of killing his 62-year-old roommate and then burying his body in the front yard of his own Central El Paso home in June, 2005.
Jurors handed down a life sentence, without the possibility of parole. It’s not yet known if McDonald or his attorney will file an appeal.
McDonald’s defense attorney argued that his client was the victim of repeated sexual harassment incidents and was attacked by Andrade when he refused to perform certain sexual acts.
