Head-On Collision Injures 3 Early Saturday Morning
EL PASO — A head-on collision in Northeast El Paso early Saturday morning sendsone personto the hospital and leaves 2 others injured.
Investigators say that just after 2 a.m. a truck headed East along Transmountain Rd. collided with a westbound Dodge Neon. Speed is being considered a factor, though the driver insists fatigue also contributed to the crash.
One person was taken to an area hospital, though the extent of the injuries was unknown. Two more people were injured, though detectives said, their injuries were less severe.
