EL PASO, Texas – Fire crews from El Paso, Sunland Park and Santa Teresa battled a small brush fire Tuesday afternoon in the upper valley, near the El Paso County Club. Winds helped fuel the fire, but crews were able to extinguish it. No damage has been reported.
