Amnesty Period For Traffic Tickets Starts Monday

EL PASO, Texas — City traffic violators can have their delinquency fines and collection fees reduced to zero if they pay their fines from Monday, Feb. 23-March 7.

Libraries will also hold an amnesty period for overdue books during the same time. No fines will be collected if the books are returned.
