2nd Suspect Arrested In Connection With Horizon Homicide
HORIZON CITY, Texas — A second suspect has been arrested in connection with the events surrounding the death of a man struck by a car after a house party in Horizon City, sheriff’s officials said.
Sheriff’s detectives arrested 21-year-old Fernando Camargo of the 14500 block of Valentin in Horizon City. Detectives said that Camargo allegedly drove his green 1999 Oldsmobile into an empty lot where an unidentified victim was standing and struck him in the leg on March 21.
Camargo was arrested and charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon under $25,000 bond. He was booked and remains at the El Paso County Detention Facility.
This incident took place just before 44-year-old Juan Manuel Dominguez was struck by another vehicle allegedly driven by 26-year-old Michael Lambert. Lambert was charged with murder and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon last week in connection with Dominguez’s death.
