Deputies Catch Alleged Burglars Red-Handed In Canutillo
El Paso County Sheriff’s Deputies caught three alleged burglars red-handed Sunday morning in Canutillo.
Authorities responded to the Import Auto Salvage yard at 6694 Doniphan around 10:45am after three suspicious men were seen on the property.
After jumping the front gate, the deputies found the men and immediately detained them for further questioning. The property owner told the deputies the men were trespassing on his property.
According to authorities, further investigation revealed the men jumped over the fence and were about to steal vehicle parts when the deputies caught them in the act.
The deputies arrested 20-year-old Ray Rosales, 18-year-old Ruben Mendoza, and 17-year-old Brandon MacNeill for criminal trespass.
