Man Allegedly Spits Out Crack Cocaine In Front Of Officer
El Paso Police forced a man wanted for outstanding warrants to spit crack cocaine out of his mouth before he was arrested.
Authorities said 38-year-old David Pacheco was walking on the 8400 block of Dyer late Friday morning when an officer recognized him.
When the officer recognized him, Pacheco allegedly put crack in his mouth. The officer ordered him to spit out the substance, and after a struggle, Pacheco allegedly spit out three rocks of crack cocaine.
Pacheco was arrested on a bond of over $9,000.
