CNN Money Names El Paso Good Place To Start Small Business
El Paso was named No. 17 on CNNMoney.com’s list of good mid-sized cities to start a business.
“The reasonable cost of living, affordable real estate and predominantly blue-collar workforce make the city a cheap place to start a business, despite high property taxes, locals say,” writes CNN Money’s Annalyn Censky in the November 2009 issue.
